Your season subscription includes one ticket to each of the shows included in this year’s Broadway Series. You’ll get the same seat, performance day, and time for each of the package shows.

All subscribers who successfully renew for the 2023/24 season will be invited via email to review alternate subscription locations sometime after April 26. More information to follow via email when upgrades begin. Upgrades are subject to availability and the difference must be paid when exchanging for a higher-priced seating location or performance.
As a season subscriber, you may exchange your tickets for another performance of the same production. Exchanges for the 2023/24 season are not currently available. Exchanges are subject to availability, and restrictions may apply for all shows this season.
Current 2022/23 season subscribers will be automatically renewed for the 2023/24 season on Tuesday, April 4, 2023. Please refer to the announcement email sent on March 27 for details about your charge and information needed should you wish to cancel your subscription instead of renewing.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Broadway Subscriptions, and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Broadway at the Marcus Center Subscription, are subject to Broadway Across America® Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions and the Broadway at the Marcus Center offer details on this page. By purchasing a Broadway at the Marcus Center Season Subscription, you agree to such Terms and Conditions.
HEALTH PROTOCOLS: Health and safety protocols may be in effect for these performances. Updates will be sent to ticket holders before each event or posted at MarcusCenter.org. All ticket holders are required to comply.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: All subscribers will be automatically renewed each year using the same credit card and same payment schedule (single payment vs. payment plan) chosen for the previous season. More information to follow via email prior to the 2024/25 season announcement. Please make sure the email address on file is up to date.
RENEWAL DEADLINE: If we are unable to automatically renew your season tickets for the 2023/24 season, you must log in to your Broadway account and pay your renewal invoice no later than 11:59 p.m. on April 26, 2023 to keep your seats. Any requests for adjustments to the standard season subscription benefits or show offerings must be completed by April 26, 2023 and are limited to one request per season ticket account per season. After the deadline, only the benefits associated with the season subscription package will be offered.
FLEXIBILITY: Ticket exchanges and seating upgrades are subject to seating availability at the time of the exchange. The difference in price is due at the time of the exchange or upgrade if moving into a higher-priced performance or seating location. If a refund is due to you, it will be credited to your account within 5-10 business days following the end of your change window. Some restrictions may apply.
PACKAGE PRICING: The price of each subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets, $55 in processing fees, facility fees (described below), applicable taxes, and, if applicable, the Premium Plus or Premium subscription fee noted below. Facility fees for 6-show subscriptions total $27 per subscription seat. 7-show subscriptions total $31.50 per subscription seat.
PREMIUM PRICING: Premium Plus Season Ticket subscriptions (Orch CC—A, Center Orc A-F, Row DD ADA, Mezz A-D) include a $95 fee and Premium Season Ticket subscriptions (Left Center Orch B – O, Right Center Orch B – O, Left Orch P-T, Right Orch P-T, Left & Right OrchP ADA) include a $65 fee for each seat purchased. Premium Plus and Premium Season Ticket subscribers receive priority access to premium seat locations available only to these subscribers prior to tickets being placed on sale to the general public.
