THREE DIVOS

Featuring three of your favorite Milwaukee Rep leading men – Gavin Gregory (Coalhouse Walker, Jr in Ragtime), Jeffrey Kringer (Tony in West Side Story) and Nicholas Rodriguez (Sky Masterson in Guys and Dolls) - our three Divos will sing popular hits, music from Broadway and songs our performers love to sing.

Songs will include: “The Impossible Dream,“ “Superstar” and “Maria.”

For this concert there are two types of tickets you can purchase:

  • Reserved seats in Peck Pavilion / $42 per reserved seat.
  • Pods on the lawn. Each Pod can accommodate up to 5 people and the ticket price is per pod. $42 / pod. Only 1 ticket is needed for the entire Pod.

Gavin returns to Milwaukee Rep after appearing as Coalhouse Walker, Jr. in Ragtime and in Man of La Mancha.

Hailing from NYC, Jeffrey is slaphappy to be back in the Midwest for a triumphant return to live performance!

In 2019 he starred as Tony in Milwaukee Rep’s production of West Side Story.

Other credits: About Love (Off-Broadway), Cruel Intentions: The 90's Musical (1st National Tour), Catch Me If You Can (New London Barn Playhouse).

This coming year you can find him Off-Broadway again with the company of SuperYou: A New Musical.

Nicholas Rodriguez
Nicholas Rodriguez

Nicholas was last seen at Milwaukee Rep as Sky Masterson in Guys and Dolls. He is perhaps best known for his role as Nick Chavez on ABC’s “One Life to Live” (GLAAD Award). His other television credits include “Tommy” (CBS) and “Madam Secretary” (CBS).

Film: “Sex in the City II” (also soundtrack), “Still Here,” “Double Exposure.”

Broadway/National Tour: Tarzan®, The Sound of Music (Captain von Trapp) directed by Jack O’ Brien.

Off-Broadway: Toxic Avenger, Almost Heaven, Death for Five Voices, Colette Collage, Bajour.

Dan Kazemi, Music Director & Pianist

Dan is a New York-based composer, actor, director, orchestrator and music director.

He is an Associate Artist at Milwaukee Rep. He most recently directed Ring of Fire: The Music of Johnny Cash at the Rep’s Stackner Cabaret and Actors Theatre of Louisville.

His recent musical direction credits for Milwaukee Rep include Jacob Marley’s Christmas Carol, Hedwig and the Angry Inch, A Christmas Carol, Nunsense, West Side Story, In the Heights, The All Night Strut!, Murder for Two, Guys and Dolls, Man of La Mancha and Dreamgirls.

In Philadelphia, Dan musically directed Lizzie (Barrymore Award), Herringbone (Barrymore Nom) and orchestrated and musically directed the world premiere musicals Field Hockey Hot (Barrymore Nom) and Tulipomania.

Dan's music has been performed at Lincoln Center’s American Songbook Series, SDC’s Mr. Abbott Awards, Le Cirque de Demain in Paris, Ballet Fleming and in the 213 collective's Untitled Project #213.
